She has worked at the intersection of policy, business development, and advocacy, advising clients on legislative strategy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
As one of the first leaders in casino operations, licensing, and development in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Lisa played a pivotal role in shaping the state's gaming industry. She has led the development of multiple gaming operations, providing strategic guidance on regulatory approvals, workforce development, and operational planning.
